Yes. New Practice Launch is $695 for the build, made for therapists opening their first private practice who do not have a website yet. You get a one-page site built from a SessionSpark starter design and personalised with your colours, photo and practice details, your bio and services edited and polished, your booking system connected, SEO and AI-search basics built in, and 1 round of revisions. You can pay in full, in 3 payments of $232, $232 and $231, or in 6 payments of $116 with a final $115, all interest free. Hosting and management is the same $39 a month as every other package, starting the month your site goes live. It is for RP (Qualifying), Canadian Certified Counsellor candidates, and therapists within 12 months of graduating or registering, and you can move up to Glow Up or Growth later as your practice grows.

There is a one-time build fee and a small monthly plan. Builds are $695 for New Practice Launch, $1,500 for a Glow Up and $2,300 for a custom Growth site. Multi-page sites are quoted individually. After launch, hosting and management is $39 per month. You can pay the build in full or split it over up to six months, interest free.

Hosting and management covers secure hosting, your SSL certificate, technical maintenance, routine SEO upkeep, a plain-language monthly report, and the small text edits you send along the way. No dashboard to learn: email the change and it gets published. It is month to month, with 30 days notice to stop.

Yes. Pay 50 percent to begin and 50 percent at launch, or split the build into up to six equal monthly payments, interest free. New Practice Launch can be paid in full, in 3 payments or in 6 payments, also interest free. Your site launches when it is ready, not when the payments finish. The $39 monthly hosting and management starts after launch either way.

A mini brand identity and guideline is included with every package at no extra cost: logo direction, colours, typography, imagery and visual guidance to keep your practice consistent beyond the website. When you sign up we send you a private link to our Brand Studio, where you shape the choices that fit your practice, and I hand-finish it into a polished guideline. Already have a brand? SessionSpark builds with your profession's advertising standards in mind. I review the site against the advertising considerations relevant to your profession and province, and flag potentially problematic language such as testimonials or promised results. Final responsibility for professional compliance stays with you as the practitioner, so you always review and approve before launch.

Generally no. Colleges like CRPO do not allow client testimonials, and you are not even supposed to reshare reviews clients post on Google. OCSWSSW similarly restricts soliciting endorsements. We design your site to build trust without them, so you stay compliant.

No. Your site collects and stores no client information. Booking runs through your own scheduler, so there is no sensitive data living on the website to worry about.

You own your website and your files. If you ever decide to leave, you take your files with you and can host them anywhere. There is no lock-in.

Not at all. That is the whole point of SessionSpark. You never log in and you never touch code. You tell us what you want and we take care of it.

Email us the change and we make it and publish it for you, usually within a few business days. Small text edits are included in your monthly plan. Bigger changes, like a new page or section, are quoted up front.

Yes. We would rebuild your site properly so it does not fall apart when you change something, and move over everything that is working. A Psychology Today profile is a nice complement, but this gives you a home base you actually own.

Your domain stays yours. We point only the website records to your new site and leave your email records untouched, so your email keeps working the whole time. The old site stays up until the new one is ready, so there is no downtime. You just approve.

Most sites launch in about 2 to 3 weeks once we have what we need to begin, depending on how quickly we gather your content and work through the revision rounds included with your package: two with Glow Up, three with Growth.

The Glow Up includes two rounds of revisions and the Growth includes three. We adjust until it genuinely feels like you.

Either works. You can share your own words and we will polish them, or you can give us rough notes and we will shape them into copy. On the Growth package, guided copywriting is included.

Yes. Every SessionSpark site includes foundational SEO and is structured so search engines and AI-powered search tools can clearly understand your practice, specialties, services and location. No provider can guarantee rankings or AI citations, but the technical and content foundations are built correctly from launch.

Not much. A few photos of you and your space, the issues and clients you work with, your fees and logistics, your booking link, and a few words in your own voice. We guide you through all of it, and we can even take a first stab before you have every piece.

The build is 50 percent to start and 50 percent at launch, or you can split it into interest-free monthly payments over up to six months. The monthly plan bills automatically. Everything runs securely through Stripe.

Your website is yours once the build is paid in full. On a Glow Up or Growth that is when the main build charge is settled; on a payment plan, the design must be fully paid before you cancel. After that, hosting and management is month to month, and you can stop it with 30 days notice. You keep your website, your files and your domain, and there is no lock-in.

You do not need to, and that is the point. You email us any change and we make it and publish it. There is no dashboard to learn, and nothing you can accidentally break.

Yes. Group and multi-therapist practices fit the multi-page package, with pages for the team, services, and locations. We scope it together and we give you a quote.

No problem. We can help you choose and set one up, or work with the domain you already have. Either way, you own it.

Yes, as a $350 add-on. We record remotely and edit a short, warm profile video for your site. Video helps prospective clients get a feel for you and decide on fit before they reach out. It comes from our background in videography and photography.

Yes, and it is a core part of every build, not an add-on. We refine or rewrite your existing words, or shape your rough notes, into clear, warm language that sounds like you and helps you get found. On the Growth package, full guided copywriting is included.
