What we collect
Almost nothing. This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party profiling. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregate page views and referrers. It does not identify you or follow you across sites, which is why you do not see a cookie banner here.
When you contact us
If you send an inquiry, we receive the information you choose to give us: typically your name, email address, and what you tell us about your practice. We use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to build and support your website. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
The Brand Studio
If you use our Brand Studio, the choices you make (colours, type, imagery, and the notes you write) and the contact details you provide are sent to us so we can hand-finish and deliver your brand guideline. They are used for that purpose only.
What we never collect
We do not collect personal health information, client details, or session notes through this website, and we do not build intake forms that do. If you are a therapist working with us, we design your site so it does not collect health information either, keeping your website out of scope for the privacy obligations that apply to clinical records.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence and project files for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where we are required to retain something for legal or accounting reasons.
Third parties we rely on
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics provides cookieless, aggregate traffic statistics.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site.
- Email correspondence is handled by our email provider.
Each of these processes limited technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver the service. We do not combine that data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and provincial equivalents) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies.
