There is a one-time build fee and a small monthly plan. Builds are $1,500 for a Revamp and $2,300 for a custom Signature site. Multi-page sites are quoted individually. After launch, Hosting and Management is $39 per month. You can pay the build in full or split it over up to six months, interest free.

Secure hosting, your SSL certificate, SEO and AEO updates from time to time, and small text edits done by us. You email us the change and we make it and publish it. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

A custom brand guideline is included with every package, at no extra cost. When you sign up we send you a private link to our Brand Studio, where you shape the colours, type, and imagery that fit your practice. We hand-finish it into a polished guideline and build your site to match. Already have a brand? We build to it.

We build your site with your College's advertising standards in mind and flag anything that could be a concern, such as testimonials or claims that promise results. You are always the final decision maker on your own professional obligations, but you will never be starting from a risky place.

Generally no. Colleges like CRPO do not allow client testimonials, and you are not even supposed to reshare reviews clients post on Google. OCSWSSW similarly restricts soliciting endorsements. We design your site to build trust without them, so you stay compliant.

No. Your site collects and stores no client information. Booking runs through your own scheduler, so there is no sensitive data living on the website to worry about.

You own your website and your files. If you ever decide to leave, you take your files with you and can host them anywhere. There is no lock-in.

Not at all. That is the whole point of SessionSpark. You never log in and you never touch code. You tell us what you want and we take care of it.

Email us the change and we make it and publish it for you, usually within a few business days. Small text edits are included in your monthly plan. Bigger changes, like a new page or section, are quoted up front.

Yes. We would rebuild your site properly so it does not fall apart when you change something, and move over everything that is working. A Psychology Today profile is a nice complement, but this gives you a home base you actually own.

Your domain stays yours. We point only the website records to your new site and leave your email records untouched, so your email keeps working the whole time. The old site stays up until the new one is ready, so there is no downtime. You just approve.

Most one-page sites take about two to three weeks from our first call, depending on how quickly we gather your content and work through the two rounds of revisions.

The Revamp includes two rounds of revisions and the Signature includes three. We adjust until it genuinely feels like you.

Either works. You can share your own words and we will polish them, or you can give us rough notes and we will shape them into copy. On the Signature package, guided copywriting is included.

Yes. Every site is built with local SEO so people searching for a therapist in your city can find you, and with AEO, meaning structured data and clear answers that newer AI search tools can read and cite.

Not much. A few photos of you and your space, the issues and clients you work with, your fees and logistics, your booking link, and a few words in your own voice. We guide you through all of it, and we can even take a first stab before you have every piece.

The build is 50 percent to start and 50 percent at launch, or you can split it into interest-free monthly payments over up to six months. The monthly plan bills automatically. Everything runs securely through Stripe.

You keep your website and your files, and your domain is always yours. Once the build is paid in full, your files are yours to take anywhere, and we hand you a copy. Your booking tools are unaffected, and there is no lock-in.

Yes. Group and multi-therapist practices fit the multi-page package, with pages for the team, services, and locations. We scope it together and we give you a quote.

No problem. We can help you choose and set one up, or work with the domain you already have. Either way, you own it.

Yes, as a $350 add-on. We record remotely and edit a short, warm profile video for your site. Video helps prospective clients get a feel for you and decide on fit before they reach out. It comes from our background in videography and photography.

Yes, and it is a core part of every revamp, not an add-on. We refine or rewrite your existing words, or shape your rough notes, into clear, warm language that sounds like you and helps you get found. On the Signature package, full guided copywriting is included.
